The centerpiece of State Farm’s integrated young adult campaign is NowWhat.com, a site that brings together insurance-related and event- sponsorship content into a crazy city street scene filled with all kinds of cool stuff: thieving ninjas, animated driving school films, Dew Tour action sports videos and concert events, culminating with the Ben Folds Five reunion concert … plus lots of surprising mishaps along the way.
This year’s site redesign drove impressive traffic numbers and achieved big on the goal of increased awareness and improved brand perception, and State Farm has also seen an actual increase in business among young adults, which is a tribute to the effectiveness of the campaign.
